Properties and characteristics of this wine
It is with great pride that we present our Classic Method Zero Dosage rosé made from the resistant Prior grape variety.
But what are resistant vines?
They are “stronger” vines, less subject to chemical treatments and therefore healthier. These are vine varieties that demonstrate a particularly high resistance to fungal diseases.
The variety used for this wine is Prior, usually considered one of the best PIWI for the production of red wines. This grape variety, however, has Pinot Noir as its parent, which is why we dared to think of making one of the world’s first, if not the first, classic methods obtained from this variety.
The result is a fresh, vibrant wine with good flavour and structure that has complex aromas and pleasant notes of flowers and bread crust.
