This Asolo with Zero Residual Sugar is forthright and direct in its savoury elegance. To compensate for the lack of sugars, the harvest is slightly postponed and the resting period on the lees is prolonged: this contributes to greater complexity and fullness in the mouth.

Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, decisive floral aromas ranging from peach to acacia, then fruity scents of reinette apple and pineapple following a citrus undercurrent. On the palate it is enveloping, fresh and elegantly soft, with an extremely fine perlage that pleasantly conveys the aromatic intensity of the citrus notes. Long, pleasant finish with a fruity aftertaste. Steel only.

Pale straw colour with a good perlage. The nose plays on vegetal notes of cut grass, white flowers and pear. The palate has grit and a distinct savoury streak. It finishes with light notes of almond.
