A bright straw yellow accompanies us through a fine and elegant perlage. The nose expresses fresh notes of green apple, lime, and herbs reminiscent of sage and thyme. There is a slight citrus component that we also find on tasting. A fresh enveloping palate with a pleasant saline finish that harmonises with the creaminess of the bubbles and a pleasant fruity aftertaste. Steel only.
