A beautiful greenish yellow in the glass, with a pronounced and persistent crown. On the nose, immediate hints of apple and pear in profusion, sage and a hint of lime. Finally, a barely perceptible hint of almond. The palate reproposes the aromas perceived on the nose, but it is the structure that characterises this sparkling wine: overbearing minerality and a savoury character underpin soft hints and support the rich bouquet to give a lengthy persistence.
