Book your experience
Let us guide you through a unique experience and discover the flavor of Asolo’s Prosecco Salato with our special tasting. Come visit the winery, we are close to Asolo and Valdobbiadene, and explore the different nuances of the wine with the winemaker who makes it, we will give you tips on how to best understand and pair Prosecco Salato di Asolo.
We work trying to preserve the character of our territory and the result, over the years, has always been to have wines with a great natural affinity with food …
For a long time we have not researched the reason for this beautiful harmony but lately it has been our customers and the reviews of professional tasters who have always remarked the same thing … that savory note, bordering on salty , which has always distinguished all our wines.
That’s why we talk about Salty Prosecci and then … why not come and visit us to live an unforgettable “taste” experience?
Experience Description
1. We will meet in the vineyard adjacent to the cellar, where we can meet and begin to experience our territory which is prosecco … but not only. We will also see what happens in the vineyard at the time of the visit: contrary to popular belief, we work in the vineyard 12 months a year and there is always something to investigate!
2. During the visit to the cellar we will understand, in a simple but detailed way, how a still wine is transformed into a sparkling wine with the Martinotti method.
3. Last but not least, the tasting. Along with small savory snacks, we will taste 4 wines., which in the standard tasting will be a choice of:
- An Asolo Prosecco with zero residual sugar or a Col Fondo Agricolo. Tasting one of these two wines is the mandatory starting point to understand our philosophy!
- An Asolo Prosecco Extra dry
- A Teribie Colli Trevigiani still white.
- A Red Montello
