Properties and characteristics of this wine
We select, if the vintage allows, a small batch of Merlot to be aged for two years in oak barrels.
Merlot, in our region, takes on interesting mineral notes, almost of graphite, which combine with its typically fruity and enveloping character in a very original way.
In the mouth, moreover, it always maintains a nice agility.
